YOON SangYoon

Korea Tomorrow 2014

This captures the micro movement of unconsciousness and consciousness like a seismometer. Unlike an external order, consciousness consists of a series of division and gaps, and unconsciousness is looking for an opportunity to erupt through the gaps. However, if the eruption is not well adjusted, it will end up as useless diffusion or leaks. It will become depleted sooner or later. In my artwork, a symbolic order, where the field of the super ego is situated, is a field of meaning provided by a society.
